I bought these for $35 inside a department store, and they were worth the cost. They're not $80 nike air max 2012 but they're nice. I aquired them as everyday footwear, for which they work pretty decent, but the breathing oxygen holes can leave feet a bit frozen in the winter. We've ran with them some in addition. I ran a 5k this morning, and I never really were required to worry about my feet. I would really like a bit more support and shock absorption, but that might just be myself. I've gotten a compliment or two on them, these are definitely not ugly.
Pros: Low cost - the only reason I aquired them.
Light - are very effective for running, though not ideal.
Durable - They seem to be durable
Cons: Support and also Cushioning - could use much more IMO.
Overall: If you need a cheap set of two nikes or air max shoes for women to run in/do cross training, then these will dp okay, but I wouldn't pay a lot more than $40 for them. I gave them 5 Stars because of their benefit, which is definitely high.
